Construction of the second runway at Minsk National Airport could start in 2015, Vladimir Kostin, the director of aviation department at the Minsitry of Transport and Communications of Belarus, told an online press conference hosted by the BelTA website.

Belarus and China signed an agreement on increasing the authorized fund of the China-Belarus Industrial Park Development Company.
