The Belarusian bank Belarusbank has been chosen to be the agent bank to service the preferential buyer credit that will be used to implement the project to create a national satellite communication and broadcasting system in Belarus. The $280,867,500 loan will be provided by Export Import Bank of China in line with the relevant credit agreement with the Belarus government. The decision is laid down by Council of Ministers resolution No. 57 of 24 January 2013, the press service of the Belarus government told BelTA.
China Development Bank intends to lend up to $1.5 billion to finance the project to create the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park, BelTA learned from the Public Relations Office of the Belarusian Economy Ministry.
