The state-run China Development Bank is going to finance a project to upgrade Dobrush Paper Mill, BelTA learnt from the public relations department of the Economy Ministry of Belarus.
Belarus will hold negotiations with the Export-Import Bank of China to discuss financing for the project to build a sodium carbonate factory in Mozyr District, Gomel Oblast.
